This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Terms.

Where We Deliver

We deliver all over Pakistan — not just major cities. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes up to 3–5 business days from the time your order is confirmed.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is Rs. 200 for Cash on Delivery orders, and Rs. 50 for orders paid in advance.

Courier & Tracking

Your order ships via Daraz Express. Once it's dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number, and you can follow your order right to your door using the tracking link in our website footer.

How We Protect Your Order

Every frame matters to us, especially the glass and acrylic pieces that don't survive rough handling by accident. Before your frame leaves our hands, glass surfaces are protected with Thermapore sheets, and the entire frame is wrapped in bubble wrap before it goes into the box — packaging built specifically to survive the trip, not just look nice sitting still.

Inspect Before You Accept

We follow an open-before-receive policy. Please inspect your order in the presence of the delivery rider before accepting it. If anything arrives damaged, report it at that moment — refuse the parcel or flag the damage on the spot. Once an order has been accepted and signed for, we're unable to process a return for damage-related reasons, so this one moment of inspection protects you.
