Framity sells wall frames and Islamic home decor products, including acrylic and glass frame designs, shipped to customers across Pakistan. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products on our online store. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen, depending on your device type, display settings, and configuration.

 

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to how they are depicted in our online store.

 

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or area within Pakistan, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Framity reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Framity confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment — or confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) arrangement — before your order is accepted.

 

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Framity may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the phone number or email address provided at the time the order was placed.

 

Your purchases are subject to return solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or redistribution.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation.

 

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and do not include shipping or handling charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

 

We may offer promotions from time to time that affect pricing and are governed by separate terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

 

Framity currently accepts the following payment methods:

 

•       Cash on Delivery (COD)

•       Bank Transfer

•       Easypaisa

 

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases. For COD orders, payment is due in full at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any COD order if we are unable to reach you to confirm delivery details prior to dispatch.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Framity ships to all major cities and regions across Pakistan. We currently fulfill orders through Daraz Express and M&P (Mushko & Pellets) couriers. The choice of courier may vary depending on your delivery location and product availability.

 

All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or any other circumstances outside our control.

 

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or shows signs of damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately at framity.pk@gmail.com so we can assist you in raising the matter with the relevant courier.

 

We strongly encourage all customers to follow our open-before-receive policy — please inspect your order in the presence of the delivery person before accepting it. Once the parcel has been accepted, Framity cannot be held responsible for damage claims.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand name, product names, text, displays, images, graphics, design layouts, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Framity or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

 

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

 

Framity's name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Framity. You must not use such trademarks without prior written permission from Framity. Shopify's name, logo, and service names are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and trademarks on the Services belong to their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Framity.

You may be provided access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, over which we have no control or oversight.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim. We may control the defence and settlement of such a claim at your expense, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
